I really like your approach to goal setting and positive thinking.

I'm not playing much hockey these days, but I watched the clip on getting 1% better every time you practice or play. That's worth a million bucks right there! I'm going to apply that to music, which is what I'm spending most of my time doing.

What a great drill!! I'll be applying this to my mountain bike training, Blake will be applying it to his inline hockey. As you know, balance and core strength are a must for any sport.

Thanks for the great emails! Collin has enjoyed reading them. Even though he is young, he is beginning to understand the importance of the mental aspect of the game. In fact, I printed off this email below yesterday at work. He read it on his way to his hockey game last night. He set it down and said he could see himself scoring a hat trick during his game. I told him that was a great goal! Sadly, his team lost the game, but Collin scored 4 of their team's 6 points! He did get his hat trick! Just thought I would share that small success story with you.

Hey guess what? I am so proud of Jon, right now he is playing ice with his brother in Midgets....yes a thirteen year old, has the respect of his team mates. Peter I owe it all to your two camps I sent him to this past year, you and your crew lit a fire in his heart to be the best he can and it gives me goosebumps watching him check a 17yo and the guy has no clue he got wasted by a 13 yo!

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm for these guys and the sport of hockey. Your the bomb in my book! Can you teach a 46 yo dude like my self to be a great hockey player? Best regards,
