  • How can you learn to develop great feet? Jump Rope!
  • Jumping rope is a killer cardio workout that takes balance, coordination and endurance...not convinced? Try jumping rope for :30 sec to two minutes...simulate a hockey shift...now try doing it on one leg, jumping laterally or if you are really good...double jumping!
  • A jump rope is an essential training tool. Heck, your little sister may have one laying around. Pick it up and get to it...you will be amazed at what it can do to your footwork!
